There also are seven billboards that will feature Paul’s face and the $10,000 reward for information leading to a suspect’s arrest and conviction at intersections throughout Pinellas County.

Clearwater Police detectives are looking for evidence, motive and witnesses.

“It’s critical to identify suspects as soon as possible. We are still actively following up leads but nothing really has panned out for us right now,” said lead investigator William Hodgson. “We have had leads but nothing definitive. Nothing that points us in a positive direction.”

Some residents in the Skycrest neighborhood are disturbed and scared since Paul's murder. A Skycrest Neighbors Association meeting to discuss potential programming, events and improvements at Crest Lake Park is at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 29, at Trinity Presbyterian Church, 2001 Rainbow Dr.
