Tips from the chef: For the best tasting foods, always start with fresh foods. The closer you come to their natural state, all foods taste better and are better for your health. Have fun when you cook! Don't be afraid to try different cooking methods or combining different spices. The worst that can happen is that it tastes awful...but you will have learned something and that knowledge will be helpful on your next attempt.
