Clearwater Publix Stores Recall Cake Products
The recall affects 45 different products. There is a concern these items may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
Publix customers in the Clearwater area may want to check the ID numbers on any cake products they purchased from the bakery. The grocery chain has issued a recall on 45 different products distributed between Nov. 11 and Nov. 15 by Maplehurst, a private bakery supplier. According to a media release, there is a concern about a potential Listeria monocytogenes contamination.
