Thanks to Clearwater Patch reader Den who shared his New Year's eve experiences at Hulk Hogan's beach bar in Tampa in our comments section: Went to Beach Bar Tampa for new years eve. GM really dropped the ball on the grand opening. Had bars staffed with normal lunch hour staffing. Nobody was really enjoying themselves as most everybody there was standing in the five deep crowd, at the bar. When one customer told me that he had been waiting for 30min, I got back in the boat and left. Revenues could have easily doubled, if customers were able to be served. Staff was overwhelmed and hating it. Fire the GM, Terry. He cost ya a TON of money, on new years. Any goof should know, you would be slammed on New Years.. The bad is that it cost me …

Its too bad that Hogan has taken his popularity in Tampa for granted. If Hogan thinks his name is all thats need to run a successful restaurant/bar in the Tampa area he is in for a rude awakening!!! Hulk Hogan Settles Sex Tape Lawsuit With Bubba the Love Sponge

Terms of the settlement between the Clearwater resident and the Tampa Bay area radio personality are confidential, TBO.com reports.

Clearwater Beach resident Hulk Hogan has settled his lawsuit against Tampa Bay area radio host Bubba the Love Sponge Clem, TBO.com reports. Hogan had filed suit in state court against Clem over a video that showed the pro wrestling star having sex with Clem's ex-wife, Heather Clem. In it, Hogan accused Clem of making the 2006 video without his knowledge. The terms of the settlement are confidential, TBO reports, citing a news release from Hogan's publicity firm. Clem issued a public apology on his radio show Monday, according to TBO. Hogan has also filed a federal lawsuit against the onlilne gossip site Gawker.com, which has posted a segment of the video. Hulk Hogan's Beach Shop Grand Opening Set For Oct. 27

The pro wrestling superstar and longtime Clearwater resident will be meeting with fans at the grand opening celebration for his Mandalay Avenue shop.

Hogan's Beach Shop, a new retail outlet owned by pro wrestling superstar and Clearwater resident Hulk Hogan, is set to host a grand opening Oct. 27. The Clearwater Beach shop, located at 483 Mandalay Ave., on the upper level of the Pelican Walk Plaza, will sell new Hulk items as well as some of his personal memorabilia. A post on Hogan's website and Facebook page invites fans to call the shop at 727-461-0099 to reserve a spot to meet him at the opening. Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, has lived in the Clearwater area for more than 20 years. Clearwater's Hulk Hogan, Bubba the Love Sponge Feuding Over Sex Tape

Radio personality Bubba the Love Sponge Clem slams his longtime friend, wrestling superstar and Clearwater resident Hulk Hogan, over a lawsuit Hogan filed against Clem regarding a sex video with Clem's ex-wife.

Longtime Clearwater resident Hulk Hogan is embroiled in a legal battle and a feud of pro wrestling proportions with a local radio host over a sex tape. Hogan filed a civil lawsuit in Pinellas County Circuit Court earlier this week against shock jock Bubba the Love Sponge Clem and Clem's ex-wife, Heather Clem, TBO.com reports. The suit accuses the two of videotaping Hogan and Heather Clem having sex in her bedroom about six years ago. Hogan also filed a lawsuit in federal court against the owners of the celebrity gossip website Gawker.com, which recently released an excerpt of the video. Clem spent Tuesday morning on his 102.5 FM radio show bashing Hogan, a longtime friend, and saying that Hogan was aware he was being recorded, TBO reports…

Get ready, because Hulkamania is about to hit Clearwater Beach, brother! Longtime Clearwater resident Terry Bollea, aka Hulk Hogan, is set to open a retail shop on Mandalay Avenue, just a leg drop away from his new North Beach home. The shop, located on the upper level of the Pelican Walk Plaza near the Jolley Trolley offices, will sell new Hulk items as well as display some of his personal memorabilia; it should be open for business in approximately 10 days, according to property manager Mike Buonos.
