Clearwater Homes of the Quarter Fall 2012

Clearwater homeowners and merchants are awarded plaques and honors for beautifying their homes and businesses throughout the year. These are the fall 2012 winners.

Clearwater homeowners and merchants are awarded plaques and honors for beautifying their homes and businesses throughout the year. Here are the most recent recipients. Homes of the quarter: 206 N Washington Ave: Maureen O’Keefe moved into her Country Club Addition home in 2002. Since then she has designed and installed new landscaping into a park like setting. The front of the newly painted home includes a brick paver walkway that leads to the home’s front porch, with benches, and rocking chairs. 2046 Loma Linda Way South: Susan Freedman moved into her home in the Valencia Park neighborhood in 1974. She maintained the property adding landscaping including more than 10 types of trees, shrubs, and potted plants. The landscaping includes …

Clearwater Homes of the Quarter Summer 2012

Clearwater homeowners are awarded honors for beautifying their property.

Clearwater homeowners were awarded plaques and honors for beautifying their homes last week. Rumba Island Bar and Grill, designed with a tropical feel, is shrouded in palms and tropical decor and is an anchor along busy Gulf to Bay Boulevard was also awarded business of the quarter. Individual homeowners and a townhome community were honored for the improvements made. The Brigadoon Homeowners Association won neighborhood of the quarter after working with the city to maintain the property. Neighbors also meet regularly to deal with community issues.  Lisa Lanza has put more than 20 types of trees, bushes and plants at her Cedar Woods subdivision home.
