OK, so a 17 year old boy was left in charge of the 4 year old child, big mistake! This occurred atRead More about 10pm. You mean to tell me that a 4 year old child was left to his own devices at 9 or 10 at night? I don't know about anyone else, but when my son was 4 years old, I made sure that he was sound asleep by 8pm the latest! And I stayed home to be there in case he did in fact wake up. A 17 year old boy gets distracted and involved with whatever he's doing and definitely not paying attention to a 4 year old. Of course the young man did not intentionally ignore the little guy, but the fact is that he never checked on the baby either. Had he checked on him earlier in the evening, this probably never would've happened. So sad...so sorry for this family's loss. He was a beautiful child.

What about the parents that allow their children to dress like this and not instill acceptableRead More social behavior? Kids grow up thinking this is acceptable and continue into adulthood dressing like this. Where is the parenting??
BETTY TURNEY July 20, 2014 at 06:36 pm
I do not have a problem with how people dress. I do however believe showing one's but should not beRead More allowed. It sets a bad example for our kids growing up.

The fact that they're four feet long is also a hint that they're not a common anole or gecko.
Nettle Greenman July 19, 2014 at 11:40 am
Luckily, although they eat everything--including other animals--they're not very aggressive toRead More humans, and they're also very intelligent and social--which was why they were imported as pets in the first place. They're also good to eat, which is a little like eating a puppy in terms of their intelligence and sociability, but they're more effective at eating everything in the local ecosystem than the average puppy.
