We prepaid for three nights but are having to leave after one night because the place is completely uninhabitable. It's listed as two stars but really should be zero stars.

There's peeling paint revealing bare wood and mold in the showers, carpet is ripped up in places and the beds don't have springs. I slept fully dressed and above the covers, with a hoodie pulled over my face so my head wouldn't have to touch their pillow. The public toilet on the beach was cleaner and more comfortable than the one in our room. We never left our valuables in the room because the broken door lock assembly on the back door was completely detached, making it look like someone had already kicked the door in. They didn't even have a room key to give us, so we walked around with a master key which gave us access to the whole facility.

The tweaker at the front desk at least told us that the price we paid through Priceline / Booking dot com was actually $5 a night higher than their own direct booking price; it sounds like the retail room price has been highly inflated on the priceline listing to make it seem like you're getting a good deal, when in fact you're not.

This place is more appropriate for migrant labor or indigent housing, or at most for a very hard-up group of frat boys looking for a low-rent spring break experience that doesn't involve bringing any girls over.

Rooms are old with old decor and have an odor, possibly cigeratte smoke. Pool has no gate, pump doesn't work properly and water very cloudy. This is a non-refundable motel that isn't worth what they charge. If you do book make sure you check your romm for roaches and the bed for bed bugs. I would only rate this as a 1 star for the location to the beach.
