My Mother recommended I go to Quality Tire Center in Clearwater where she has been a customer for 25 years. This was the worse service anyone could ask for. We went in for a tune up on a 2003 X-terra, which also had a problem with the air conditioner. We told them it was a hose. Not only did they have the vehicle for a day and a half, they told us there was not problem with the AC. Driving away from the over priced tune up, it was clear there was a problem with the air conditioner. Brought it back the next day...oh now they said it was a AC hose. I told them we were bringing it somewhere else of expertise. Within the time the vehicle was there the first time around, we had to call to check status, they were not sure about anything, they never offered apology for being late, doing a misdiagnosis, attitude no helpful and the owner (Tom) his wife answers the phone without any professionalism or courtesy. It was a horrible experience. Perhaps they are good for wiper blades. They are incompetent and over priced.
