Absolutely horrid! We used this company for transportation to the airport. We were 20 minutes into our trip when "Max" called our driver and told him to turn around and go back to where we practically started at to pick up another fare! I was absolutely astounded at this completely UNPROFESSIONAL behavior! That was a 40 minute delay and he never even asked if this would make us late for our flight! Unbelieveable!
