Entrees include <em>pernil </em>(roast pork), <em>pollo guisado </em>(stewed chicken) and <em>camarones al ajillo</em> (garlic shrimp). <em>Mofongo </em>(mashed plantains) is a uniquely Boricuan favorite. All dishes are served with beans and rice, as is proper.
