They do play the newest movies. But the theatre never feels clean and the seats are pretty beat up. Over the last 5 years living in the area I have gone to this theatre a number of times, it usually does a smell and the floors are extremely sticky.
The prices are usually a little cheaper, but I rather drive further to see a movie in a cleaner venue. It is not a horrible experience for a cheap movie, but it's close.
