Community Update

Ridiculously expensive! I brought three comforters to them to have washed, and was given no indication of what the price would be up front. My fault for not asking; every other cleaner's that I've brought comforters to charged around $16 apiece so I figured this place wouldn't be much different. Nope. Nearly $27 each, for a total of over $85 to have three cheap Target comforters washed, simply because they wouldn't fit in my washing machine at home. I could have bought brand-new comforters for the same amount! I could have taken them to a laundromat and spent less than half that, plus an hour or so of my time, and had them washed. At first I thought they'd dry-cleaned the comforters (against my wishes), but I was told that laundering and dry-cleaning items costs the same amount! Really? Please. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to their customer service they made absolutely no attempt to try to make things right. Avoid this place, they'll take you for a ride.
