Threshers Send 7 Players to All-Star Game

Seven Threshers including two outfielders, two infielders, two pitchers and a catcher were selected to play in this year's All Star game, which is June 15 at Florida Auto Exchange Stadium in Dunedin.

Threshers fans will see several familiar faces on this year’s All-Star Team.

The North Division All-Star Team includes two of the team’s four outfielders, two pitchers, two infielders and a catcher, according to milb.com.

The 52nd All-Star Game will be played at 7:05 p.m. June 15 at Florida Auto Exchange Stadium, 373 Douglas Ave. in Dunedin.

The Dunedin Blue Jays organization is planning a weekend packed with festivities to show off their host city. They're kicking it all off with a free party Friday, June 14 and following up with excursion opportunities, a home run derby and fireworks on Saturday.
