Brandon Workman starts for the Red Sox, according to mlb.com. Jacoby Ellsbury, Dustin Pedroia, Mike Napoli, Will Middlebrooks, Shane Victorino, Jonny Gomes and Jarrod Saltalamacchia are also expected in the lineup, according to mlb.com.
Lee gave up five runs on six hits, two walks and two strikeouts in his last appearance March 14 against the Yankees.
