Ageless Grace,® is an internationally  recognized fitness and  wellness program that has been helping seniors worldwide.

Created by Denise Medved, Ageless Grace® exercises are for all ages and abilities, are based on everyday movements, and are  natural and organic.  They focus on the healthy longevity of the body and mind. The movements are done to music, while seated in a chair.  Almost anyone can do them, regardless of age or most physical conditions.

To learn more by doing, come and participate!
