Big East Baseball Championship Swings Through Clearwater

The six day tournament leads off with fireworks and a home run derby. By the end of the 15 games Sunday a champion will be crowned.

The big boppers of the Big East are coming to Clearwater.

The six day Big East baseball championship swings into Tuesday with a parade of teams and awards ceremony, fireworks and a home run derby. 

The 15 game tournament features eight teams from the Big East including Louisville, Pittsburgh and USF.

Watch games and the opening ceremony online at bigeast.tv. The championship game is at noon Sunday and will be televised by ESPNU.

  • (2) St. John's v. (7) Notre Dame at 1 p.m.
  • (1) Louisville v. (8) Pittsburgh at 5 p.m. 
  • (4) USF v. (5) Connecticut at 8 p.m.
