Presentation of Preliminary Plan for Development Along US 19 is Tuesday

The preliminary plan for the future use of development along US 19 will be presented Tuesday at Holiday Inn Express, 2580 Gulf to Bay Blvd.

Clearwater is planning to make the US 19 corridor more attractive, successful and sustainable.

A market analysis, land use assessment study and faced along the corridor. A preliminary framework plan and strategies will be presented at a US 19 workshop, Tuesday, Aug. 14 from 4:30 to 7 p.m., at Holiday Inn Express, 2580 Gulf to Bay Blvd. The presentation will take place at 5 p.m.

Conditions along the corridor have changed dramatically over the past several years, and along the Clearwater stretch, especially. The roadway’s redesign, , businesses, and local residents.
