Construction starts soon on a new McDonald’s near US 19 and Roosevelt Boulevard.
In about three months after the groundbreaking ceremony May 30 the golden arches should rise.

Other future development in the Crossroads area could include a Wal-Mart, bus transfer station and a . The master infrastructure permit for that 36-acre parcel will be issued by the City of Largo in about three weeks, according to Karisa Rojas-Norton, program planner.
"At this time, we do not know when construction may start on the Wal-Mart or Gateway North (apartments)," Rojas-Norton wrote in an email.
