A contingent of Clearwater Beach Association members are planning to talk about sand dune destruction at the City Council meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday at City Hall.
Residents are enraged because of the recent removal of a dune near the Mango Street and Eldorado Avenue beach access, according to the Clearwater Beach Association newsletter.
