Update: State Road 580 at Belcher Road Reopens After Crash
Authorities are asking driver to find an alternative route.
Update 8 p.m.: According to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, State Road 580 at Belcher Road has reopened following a serious crash.
Gordon Haboush, 57, of Dunedin, was killed in the crash. Read the full report of the incident here.
Earlier Post: The eastbound lanes of State Road 580 are closed at Belcher Road until further notice due to a crash.
According to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, its major accident investigation team is on the scene.
Authorities are asking drivers to avoid the area and to find an alternative route.
