Clearwater Prostitution Detail Nets 11 Arrests

Clearwater Police focused on a stretch of Gulf to Bay Boulevard this week to address reports of prostitution.

Eleven people were arrested this week in a prostitution detail, Clearwater Police announced Friday.

The department's Anti-Crime Team and Downtown Bike Team focused on the 1400-1700 block of Gulf to Bay Boulevard on Wednesday and Thursday to address reported prostitution activity, according to public safety spokesperson Elizabeth Watts said.

"As long as we continue to have these issues in our city, we will continue to target both the supply and demand ends of this illegal activity," said Clearwater Police Chief Anthony Holloway in a media release.

The following people were arrested and charged:

  • Victoria Murray, 48, soliciting prostitution (felony)
  • Robert A, Alfieri, 52, soliciting prostitution
  • Bronwyn Evans, 43, loitering for prostitution (ordinance)
  • Jennifer Jeanne Arnold, 34, soliciting prostitution
  • Valerie Monique Rooney, 28, soliciting prostitution
  • Angela Elmore, 34, loitering for prostitution (ordinance)
  • Frank Papasadora, 67, soliciting prostitution
  • Miguel Pelaxtla, 35, soliciting prostitution
  • Edward A. Jones, 64, soliciting prostitution
  • Eugene Dinardo, 67, soliciting prostitution
  • Robert Cohen, 72, soliciting prostitution

You can see the drug dealers stainding and selling all day and night at all the high class motels in clearwater on cleveland how about do something about them and it will flush out the street girls since they are working to support the habit not very hard to bust the people its all out in the open
