More PLUMBING RESCUE Problems - Why are they still in business ?

Many individuals have come forward to report that Plumbing Rescue, a plumbing company of Mr.Myers has performed unnecessary work, in the amount of thousands of dollars.  Scaring customers into having them do work that isn't necessary.  Leaving at least one home unsafe and others damaged.   
Their practices are criminal and unethical and yet they still operate and advertise with a license.

Several STATE and LOCAL Agencies know of their practices - Why are they still allowed to operate, taking advantage of our citizens?
