Case No. 2011-052249
The Florida Board of Architecture and Interior Design agreed to enter a final order imposing a fine of $15,000.00 plus costs against Metro Architects, Inc. and Christopher P. Miller. Metro Architects, Inc. and Christopher P. Miller are not licensed to practice architecture in the State of Florida. Mr. Miller was issued a citation for offering architectural services on its website without a certificate of authorization. Mr. Miller has failed to pay the citation and is continuing to offer architectural services in the name of Metro Architects, Inc. However, in his response to the citation, Mr. Miller did add the null and void certificate of authorization number of another business entity known as Metro Architects, LLC.
