Come and join us on your lunch hour to re-energize the rest of your day. This class combines the methods of Yoga and Pilates. You will improve your strength, flexibility and even improve your balance and stability. Class is $5 for Anytime Fitness members and $8 for nonmembers. Bring your own mat, hope to see you there.
