Led by Katherine Campbell, the Ageless Grace program utilizes simple tools for lifelong comfort and ease and can be done by almost anyone of any age or ability. The exercises are designed to be practiced in a chair and consist of movements that are natural and free flowing.

Different anti-aging techniques will be utilized which

address joint mobility, spinal flexibility, right-left brain coordination,

cognitive function, systematic stimulation, balance and confidence. The art of

play, above all else is the foundation of the Ageless grace program.
