Community Corner

Ride to Keep Kids Safe

The Ride
to Keep Kids Safe
is the first ever community-wide cycling
event to raise awareness and funds for the life-saving and life-enhancing behavioral
health, foster care, adoption, family preservation, and homeless services of
Directions for Living. 100%
of the funds raised will stay in Tampa Bay
, helping to provide
social support, safety, and hope for thousands of local children and families.

Riders may choose from three courses all starting and ending at Spa Beach in
downtown St. Petersburg, Florida on May 4, 2014. Whether you are just
getting started, an experienced cyclist, or somewhere in between- there is a
course for you. Each participant must pay a $50 registration fee and
commit to a fundraising minimum in relation to their chosen
course. Post-ride will feature a celebration packed with live
entertainment, food trucks, vendors, artisans, interactive experiences, and
more!
