The 2013 “For the Love of Clearwater”
Art Exhibit is a collaboration with the City of Clearwater using
the concepts brought to us by Peter Kageyama, author of For the Love of Cities.
This show brings together
professional and amateur local artists and photographers to provide a rich and
varied experience for everyone. The show and sale includes a range of work,
including photography, sculpture and jewelry.

Canvas Zoo is very
happy with the response from local and regional artists. Nearly 80 pieces
of excellent quality artwork were submitted; many were from artists who haven’t
previously exhibited in Clearwater. The awards were determined by the votes
cast by guests at the opening reception for the exhibit. Take a look at our
opening reception and become inspired by the beautiful city of
Clearwater, and what it means to live, work and play here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7WyEWVozjGA

Thank
you to everyone who voted for their favorite works of art and to all the
artists who entered their work. We want to extend a
special thank you to our promotional partners: the City of Clearwater Cultural
Arts Division, the Clearwater Regional Chamber of Commerce, Clearwater Downtown
Partnership, The Clearwater Main Library, Downtown Development Board, Florida Center for
