Services offers a Free Medicare Presentation & Seminar providing
information that will capture the attention of every Medicare participant in the
coming year.
Clearwater’s Senior Citizens Services is hosting a free
Seminar by Denise Horne, Licensed Representative, on site at 1204 Rogers Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756 at
10:30 a.m. The Medicare presentation will offer information on A, B, C, D & supplemental plans. No sales
activity will be introduced or conducted. Light refreshments will be served. Free Parking.

According to the Medicare.gov website, some of the
preventive care and screening services that may be covered in 2013 include in part: bone mass measurements
(bone density), cardiovascular disease screenings, diabetes screenings, glaucoma tests, nutrition therapy
services, flu shots and much more. Now is the time to become familiar with what to expect in the coming year and
make your choices accordingly as the deadline for Medicare enrollment approaches.
