Pancakes & Parking

Pancakes are associated with the day preceding Lent because they are a way to use up rich foods such as eggs, milk, and sugar, before the fasting season of the 40 days of Lent.

Come and enjoy a pancake supper, with sausages and more, as the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd follows an ancient tradition for this last day before Ash Wednesday.

The church is just a short walk to the parade and other downtown activities.  A $5 donation for the supper gets your car free parking at the church for the evening!  (Children eat for free.)

Access to the parking and church supper will be off of Edgewater Drive (Alt. 19), and Albert Street.
