The Downtown Neighborhood Association is sponsoring a presentation by Gail Hamilton, the driver of Downtown Kissimmee's remarkable turnaround. Gail is the director of the Community Redevelopment Agency, and her vision, expertise and boundless energy are becoming famous throughout the state. Gail will discuss Kissimmee's successes and lessons learned while candidly sharing her observations and advice on downtown Clearwater.
There are a lot of parallels between Clearwater and Kissimee. This is a chance to hear an objective point of view from someone who has "been there and done it". She knows what we're going through.
The meeting is on Tuesday, July 30, 5:15-7:00pm at The Sage (22. N. Fort Harrison).
The Sage will graciously supply refreshments. During the meeting the new owner/operator will reveal some exciting plans for the facility. This you've got to hear!
