Local 1-800-Flowers Florist Receives “Lifetime Recognition” Award

For more than a quarter century, Bob Webb has served the floral and other gifting needs of local Florida communities, always going the extra mile for every customer. During the recent 1-800-Flowers National Franchise Convention in Las Vegas, Nevada, 1-800-FLOWERS.COM President Chris McCann presented Bob with the company’s “Lifetime Recognition” Award.

Bob opened his first flower shop in 1988 and in 2004 he became a 1-800-Flowers franchisee.  Today, Bob’s son Matthew owns and operates two locations that are part of the 1-800-Flowers franchise family, one in Tampa and the other in Clearwater, Florida.  Bob, who is still very much a part of the family business, works six days a week to help ensure that all customer needs are not only met, but exceeded.
