Clearwater Homes of the Quarter Summer 2012

Clearwater homeowners are awarded honors for beautifying their property.

Clearwater homeowners were awarded plaques and honors for beautifying their homes last week.

, designed with a tropical feel, is shrouded in palms and tropical decor and is an anchor along busy Gulf to Bay Boulevard was also awarded business of the quarter.

Individual homeowners and a townhome community were honored for the improvements made.

The Brigadoon Homeowners Association won neighborhood of the quarter after working with the city to maintain the property. Neighbors also meet regularly to deal with community issues. 

Lisa Lanza has put more than 20 types of trees, bushes and plants at her Cedar Woods subdivision home. It was recently repainted and hurricane rated windows, covers and garage door were installed through a Florida Wind Mitigation Grant Program.

Justine Bradford put in new landscaping including 10 different types of Florida friendly plants at her Country Club Estates home. She also fenced and painted the home to preserve a park-like setting.
