Cali's on Mandalay Coming to North Beach
Another restaurant is taking the place of Chang's Bistro on the 600 block of Mandalay Avenue.
The place to get the "best breakfast on the beach" is closed and plans are on the way for a baja California experience to take the restaurant's space.
Chang's Bistro, an offshoot of popular , closed and renovations to move in Cali's on Mandalay over the weekend, according to a sign posted on the front door of the restaurant.

"We will be closed beginning Sunday, August 18 (sic), 2012 to begin renovations to bring you Cali's on Mandalay... Your new local baja experience."
The restaurant is expected to open in September according to Cali's on Mandalay Facebook page. The restaurant food styles are breakfast, mexican, seafood and sushi, according to its Facebook page.
