Ruining Clearwater with trash. There are so many junkies, prostitutes, and pimps that it ruins any nice sights you see on your way to the beach. The prostitutes are walking for blocks around it like flies to a pile of dung. Might be cheap, but you're going to make up the savings in doctor's bills once you stay/catch some there.
