Police Ask for Help to Find Missing Elderly Woman

Clearwater Police are asking the public for help to find an elderly woman missing since July 3.
Kay Anne Russow, 70, was last seen wearing a purple dress and a white shirt walking through Crest Lake Park. She is believed to be on foot and may have her cat with her.
Russow, 70, who lives at 1770 N. Betty Lane, left a note there June 29 and has yet to return, according to Rob Shaw, police spokesman.
"This case does not qualify as a Silver Alert because there is no vehicle involved," Shaw said in an email.
