BBB celebrates National Small Business Week

Clearwater, FL - National Small Business Week is June 17-21 and Better Business Bureau is taking this opportunity to celebrate the 50th anniversary of successful small business owners.

According to the U.S. Small Business Administration, two out of three private sector jobs are created by small businesses. Today, half of all working Americans either own or work for a small business.

“We encourage consumers to tell a friend about their favorite small business, patronize a locally owned and operated business or share with your family and friends why you think local businesses are such an important part of our community.” said Karen Nalven, President of BBB serving West Florida.
