Winter’s Red Carpet Debut
Winter, the star of Dolphin Tale, might not walk down the red carpet, but you can at the Ruth Eckerd Hall movie premiere event.
Where will you be when the movie about Clearwater's biggest star premieres?
If you are lucky, you will have tickets to the advanced 3-D screening of Dolphin Tale at l Sept. 21.
Supporting cast, production crew members and local celebrities will be at the event. The movie will be shown on a special designed 3-D screen.
The movie, from Warner Bros. and Alcon Entertainment, is based on the true story of Winter the dolphin, who was rehabilitated at the . A special prosthetic fluke was created for her after she lost her tail in a crab trap.
Cost is $99 and includes two passes to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Purchase tickets at SeeWinter.com. Proceeds benefit the Clearwater Marine Aquarium and the Challenged Athletes Foundation.
