Library Gate Is Going Up

Construction is started on $127,000 in entrance enhancements including a locking gate and fence at the Main Library.

A fence and locking gate surrounding the entrance of the Main Library is almost installed.

When complete, the seven foot tall, green fence will have a wave-like arch along the top that mirrors the library's roofline with the words “Clearwater Public Library.” A similar style fence would be added around the west terrace and pump house building as well.

The fence is part if $127,000 of entrance enhancements that also include a display of public art.
