Clearwater's Dolphin Trail Expanding, Again
The Clearwater's Dolphins pod of sculptures is expanding. Find out how to be a part of the Dolphin Trail.
A shipment of six-foot tall fiberglass dolphin sculptures are on its way to Clearwater.
The blank dolphin-shaped canvases, which will be part of the expanding Clearwater's Dolphins pod, are expected to arrive the week of Aug. 19.
Fill out and submit this form by Aug. 11 to purchase a dolphin that can be added to the Dolphin Trail or call 727-461-0011. Artist selection and design is the choice of the buyer.
Dolphin sculptures cost $1,200 each.
The dolphin sculptures project started as a pod of 50 on display at Pier 60 Park on Clearwater Beach last summer and has quickly expanded since.
There are 115 dolphins in 10 counties across Florida, with many of them in Clearwater and other parts of Pinellas County. About 85 of the sculptures are part of the Dolphin Trail.
