Volunteers from Clearwater and beyond are heading north to help the victims of Hurricane Sandy.

ABC Action News caught up with Dorothy Kendle and Frank Hall, two local volunteers, who met Tuesday in a Clearwater parking lot before heading to New Jersey to deliver hot meals to those in need.

"There's going to be a lot of people who need the help up there," Kendle told the news station. "So many people without power. The next time it could be us."
