The Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) is the public transit provider for Pinellas County, providing more than 14 million rides per year. The Pinellas Community Bus Plan is an in-depth study of the PSTA bus system that will identify strengths, areas for improvement, and make suggestions to improve efficiency and increase ridership. The main purpose of the study is to evaluate PSTA’s current transit system and develop a network for the future. PSTA’s goal is also to have a financially sustainable system and to develop closer links between PSTA transit and other transit systems and/or opportunities
