DESCRIPTION:The UPARC Foundation is pleased to announce "A Florida Christ
 mas" our 28th Annual Festival of Trees\, Tampa Bay. This year's event wi
 ll be held once again at the Long Center in Clearwater from November 16-
 18. This three day family-centered holiday extravaganza will feature mor
 e than 150 one-of-a-kind trees and wreaths creatively decorated by local
  artists\, businesses and community leaders. The decorated trees and wre
 aths will be for sale to benefit UPARC.&nbsp\;\nOver the weekend\, enter
 tainment will be provided daily by local choral and dance groups. Santa'
 s big arrival will take place on Saturday morning and will feature lots 
 of fun activities for everyone...both for the young and young at heart. 
 Various Vendors will also offer opportunities to start your Holiday shop
 ping as well as treat yourself to some delicious coffee and baked goods.
