 st of Pinellas&rdquo\; - a cell phone photography contest to benefit The
  Pinellas Education Foundation. The contest\, which opens Nov. 4\, is de
 signed to show off what you love best about Pinellas. If you don&rsquo\;
 t live in Pinellas County\, no worries. Anyone can participate. Those wh
 o wish to enter simply have to capture cell phone photos showing the bes
 t of living\, working and playing here. There are three categories to sh
 ow off your photography skills: Best of Places\, Best of People and Pets
 \, and Best of Life. Now go outside and get inspired. By doing so you ar
 e helping to provide more opportunity for students in Pinellas Public Sc
