Terms of the settlement between the Clearwater resident and the Tampa Bay area radio personality are confidential, TBO.com reports.
Clearwater Beach resident Hulk Hogan has settled his lawsuit against Tampa Bay area radio host Bubba the Love Sponge Clem, TBO.com reports.
Hogan had filed suit in state court against Clem over a video that showed the pro wrestling star having sex with Clem's ex-wife, Heather Clem. In it, Hogan accused Clem of making the 2006 video without his knowledge.
The terms of the settlement are confidential, TBO reports, citing a news release from Hogan's publicity firm.
Clem issued a public apology on his radio show Monday, according to TBO.
Hogan has also filed a federal lawsuit against the onlilne gossip site Gawker.com, which has posted a segment of the video.
Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, has lived in the Clearwater area for more than 20 years. He purchased a $3.3 million home on Clearwater Beach last spring after selling his lavish Belleair mansion, which served as the backdrop for his family's reality show, "Hogan Knows Best."
Hogan opened a new retail shop this past weekend on Mandalay Avenue.
